Hello there and thanks for your time!

I have created some images and would like to make it so that they cannot stack when becoming responsive (it becomes way too tall and too much scrolling).  I seem to have it almost figured out for smaller screens, but not moderate sized (iPad ish) screens.  Please see screenshots.

What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.
