    Hi,

Im trying to get the image background to scale correctly on the following 2 URLS but for the life of me I cant see why its not working?

    http://gateone.co.uk/innovation-survey-form/

    http://gateone.co.uk/innovation-survey/

Do I just need to load in a much bigger image? Ive used the same image on a much deeper other page and it works just fine.

I know this is no doubt a noob question but im really struggling with this.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

    Cheers
    Damien

    Hey Again,

You seem to have varying row Heights so the scale is dependent on that and wont be the same on all three pages.

    Hi Tahir,

Thanks for the quick response, its appreciated.

I understand that the background will look different depending on the height of the row and thats fine...its more that I cant get the background the scale to fill the entire screen on the following links?

Im trying to set it so that no matter how big or small the user makes the browser window...the background image will fill the space.

    Thanks

Are you referring to this whitespace as its caused by the custom css :

Also you dont have a Background Image Rather "Mouse Based Parallax Scene" so it behaves differently .

Sorry but i am not able to grasp what you are trying to do at the moment. Could you elaborate it .

    Thanks

    Hi,

The background image on the following link is also "Mouse based parralax" yet the background "fills" the entire screen (width and height) regardless of how big or small the user makes the browser window...this is perfect.

I want the same thing for the other 2 pages but as you can see they both have huge black areas under the container? I've attached 2 screengrabs to show the result.

Thanks for pointing out the white space on the smaller breakpoints..ive fixed that now.

    Thanks

    Hey Again,

You seem to be using a Really big screen or the browser is zoomed in as only then i can view the Black Gaps .

To Remove them you will have to turn on the Page Fullscreen Row Option .

    Hi Tahir,

Im on a 5k imac which may not be helping much! Well if most people cant see the black bars then great....I'll try the full screen row option and see if that resolves the issue

Thanks again for your support. Your theme is seriously is the best on the market!

    Cheers

    Hi again,

Also I think the black bars mainly appeared because I used a bit of CSS from another one of your customers quieries to hide the header and footer and the black bar appeared in their place?

    Thanks

Since you are viewing the Site on a big monitor and the Row Only has certain height the extra height is shown . And since the page background color it black its shows like that .

    Hi,

Ok no worries...but that doesnt explain why the background stretches and renders perfectly on the following link?

    http://gateone.co.uk/innovation-survey-results/

    Thanks

    Hey Again,

Thats because that page has a content height of 3000px so its shows up on your screen full.
