Apologies in advance if I'm missing something here but I'm struggling to get page anchor links to work. I've followed https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/6266/ but no joy. Homepage has a row ID named 'second' on the second full height row, which is anchor linked by both the button in the top row and the top menu element (using the full url path).
One Page Scroll Support (Animated Anchor Links) is on and Disable Fade Out On Click is checked. Just can't see what I'm doing wrong.
Could you make sure you enable the Add anchors to URL option on the page full screen rows section on the edit page area.
That should work with anchors in the main menu and if they do not then give us access to the backend - username password with admin privileges - we take a better look into this.
Did the suggestions work for you or not. Your message is not all that clear if it did. Also we could not see any anchor links in the menu on the site so we are not sure if you are still having this issue or not.

I've had to remove the anchor link from the top nav but it still applies (and doesn't work) on the button.
