I've just renewed support after days of trying to figure out what happened to my toggle panels element. I've checked all of my PHP settings as was mentioned in a ticket(https://themenectar.ticksy.com/ticket/1375224/). All settings are higher than required. I've disabled all plugins other than WP Bakery and that didn't bring it back. It is listed in the Role Manager, but does not appear in the elements when I try to add it.

    Hey Denise,

That's weird. Could you send us the wordpress admin credentials we investigate the issue.

Did you check the WPBakery Page Builder Options in here: http://prntscr.com/lwwhoz .

Sent credentials privately. It's a page I'm working on, so I didn't think to check custom for roles, but did as you directed and the element is still missing.

    Hi Denise,

I login to your website and the toggle panel element is available. Could you clear your cache.

Thanks for checking this out so quickly, Andrew. It turns out that I was trying to add toggle panels to an inner row. All of the trouble shooting I did and I didn't try adding toggle panels to a different area of the site than where I wanted it. Might be helpful to add that it's not available in an inner row to the user guide. Thanks!
