Since I would like to reduce server request and optimize our site I would like to make all the typography settings by code using font face, in order to not use plugins neither google fonts.

I went through this ticket and its links:

But not enough clear for me how to achieve my goals...

I wolud like to use font face but not overwrite CSS rules using important!.

Where I have to put my font face declaration?

I have to comment anything in the fonts.php file in order to write our own rules?
