    Two things...

    1. Site layout has been completely destroyed by upgrade. I have reinstalled Theme and VC plugin. I have tried reverting to previous versions, nothing seems to work.

    2. In WP Admin the salient icon is massive and prevents me from clicking on menu items. (see attached)

    Any ideas on these issues??

The site seems to be working fine on mobile

Looks like I'm not the only one.  Mine is also in shambles. I can not get answers from anyone except to purchase an updated version of visual composer page builder and to upgrade my salient theme, but no clue how and nothing ever sent to me for updates.  Very upsetting.

    Hey ,

We just released Salient 7.0.8 with the WP 4.5 Fix, If you've already installed Salient VC 4.9.2 you'll need to delete it and update to 4.11.2 to get some of the fixes, See changelog : http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html . Update the theme by following this guide: https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/3218/ . Also see Visual Composer update instructions in here: https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/5182/

    Best.

A cut and paste response is not what I was hoping for.

I have already installed Salient 7.0.8 and VC 4.11.2 using the instructions. And spent several hours trying that prior to posting a ticket.

    The issues still persist.

Fixed: Upgraded server to PHP 5.6.

Ok, got the theme and VC updated on my site, but website still broken.  I also called Go daddy and their server is 5.4 and no updates to a 5.6.  So now another set of issues.

@Tahir They tell me I need to contact my theme developer to get a custom php script ?
