Hey Marta, You seem to be using Salient Theme version 6.0.6 . Please update to Latest Theme Version and Latest Visual Composer.
Salient 7.5.02 is now available for Download on the Themeforest Download Page , Visual Composer has also been Updated to Version 4.12.
If you're upgrading from Salient VC 4.9.2, you'll need to delete the plugin from your plugins section in the WordPress admin panel before installing the current version (4.12) in Appearance > Install Plugins - This is necessary due to a bug in the Salient VC 4.9.2 which prevents regular updating.
Hey Again, If you have Page Transitions Turned On Please Switch the Animated Transition Method to "Standard" in Salient Theme Options -> Page Transition Section.
Also be sure to check/uncheck this Disable Fade Out On Click option : http://prntscr.com/8f3bj7
You seem to be using the Home Slider Page Template that is causing the Issue . Could you please switch to the Default Page Template and check . Also use the Nectar Slider instead of the Home Slider if chagning the Page Template fixes it.
Hey Again, Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Also allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
