Hey Chris, Are you running the Latest version of Theme and the VC Plugin ? . If not please update and test.
Salient 7.5.02 is now available for Download on the Themeforest Download Page , Visual Composer has also been Updated to Version 4.12.
If you're upgrading from Salient VC 4.9.2, you'll need to delete the plugin from your plugins section in the WordPress admin panel before installing the current version (4.12) in Appearance > Install Plugins - This is necessary due to a bug in the Salient VC 4.9.2 which prevents regular updating.
Also be sure to add the ogv file as well. Moreover see Section 3.1 Troubleshooting Video Backgrounds in the user guide : http://themenectar.com/docs/salient.pdf .
Hi,
The videos were playing fine on the nectar slider but now there not and I'm getting this error in the console:
Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The play() request was interrupted by a call to pause().
Any help would be appreciated.
Update:
I deleted the video files and uploaded new ones. I deleted the slides and added new ones. I deactivated all the plugins. Nothing helped.

Okay does this mean I won't be able to see videos from Nectar Slider until it's been updated?
