Drop menus not working in Safari (Mac) browser

The main navigation for the site has drop menus. These display in Chrome and Firefox browsers but not on Safari. Site is: www.bethel.ca

As a workaround, I have set the secondary menu (on the very top) to be the same Main_Menu. The drop downs work on the secondary menu.

The strange thing is the only menu item (TXT2GIVE) which leads to an external site is the only one that works with drop downs. The other menu items with drop downs lead to either # on the main site (i.e. www.bethe.ca/#) or to a page on the main site.

    Please advise.

    Hey Kent,

You seem to be using Salient Theme version 7.0.9 . Please update to 7.5.02 and VC to 4.12 .

The current version of Salient (7.5+) now has a field in the Salient Options Panel > General Settings > Css/Script Related tab for adding in your API key. Once you have added in the API key for google maps it will load.

To generate an API key - please see the official documentation for more information .

Salient 7.5.02 is now available for Download on the Themeforest Download Page , Visual Composer has also been Updated to Version 4.12

If you're upgrading from Salient VC 4.9.2, you'll need to delete the plugin from your plugins section in the WordPress admin panel before installing the current version (4.12) in Appearance > Install Plugins - This is necessary due to a bug in the Salient VC 4.9.2 which prevents regular updating.

To get a list of Bug Fixes and new Feature addons in the Latest Theme update,  the changelog can be viewed here : http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html .

Update the theme by following this guide: https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/3218/ . Visual Composer update instructions can be viewed here :https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/5182/ .

    Best.
