Cant import the dummy data - or find within the updated zips

Have tried using the dummy data on the older zips, but says its empty 

any help is appreciated

 thanks for the swift response - problem is there so much old info on the web, not sure what current or not 

I was watchin a youtube vid which is very  different 

will give a bash thanks

Just keep getting this:

have tried both methods without success http://devwebsite.co.uk.gridhosted.co.uk/

getting a little frustrated now !
