Have just gone back into my Admin to make some changes to my site for the first time in months. When I go to edit a page now (that was built utilizing visual composer), and I click on visual composer, none of the page structure shows up for me to edit or add to. Please see attached screenshot.
I've then tried to make a new page and Visual Composer shows up as usual, but when I click to add any sort of element, nothing happens. Nor when I click to load any templates.
We have investigated the URL you have provided us with and I noticed you were using an older version of Salient Theme currently version 6.1.5 which is outdated as the latest version is 7.5.02.
The Salient Visual Composer is also outdated (4.7) while the latest version is 4.12.1
Please also ensure that you are using the latest version of the Salient Visual Composer which is currently at version 4.12.
Please use the steps outlined in the article below to update Salient Theme and Salient Visual Composer plugin files respectively .
