    Hi,

Ive tried importing the photography demo the 1click method which doesnt work...

I also tried importing the XML file as instructed on your documentation but got message that said something like "Are you sure, try again" and then when clicking to try again it said something about uploading something with content.

Is there another reason why this demo import might not work?

    Thanks

    Damien

    Hi,

Ive increased the php config memory limit to 256mb and still no go on the install using the manual method...

My host are saying that I need to upload the files through FTP instead of the WP dashboard instead but im not even sure where im supposed to drop the content.xml file and I presume this file also makes some calls to download and install some media elements too right?

My host also wont increase the server php.ini values which isnt helpful either!

Any tips for how to gte the photography demo content uploaded?

    Thanks

    Damien

    Hey Again,

Your PHP Settings are likely not correct.

You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    Thanks

    Hi,

All of my setting are correct except the max_execution_time is 30 not 60. Im seeing if they can change this. hopefully this will resolve the issues im having.

    Thanks
